    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the refund is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details.
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the refund policy will apply.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

For free shipping orders, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount for customer-initiated returns.
